The model R-1 pressure transmitter has been optimally designed for the specific requirements of refrigeration and air-conditioning technology.

Its monolithic construction dispenses with the need to use seals on the process side. This enables the model R-1 to be used with all typical refrigerants.

Excellent reliability
The hermetically-welded, dry, thin-film cell ensures long-term leak tightness. Moreover, these efficient cells, made with a sputtering technique, feature high long-term stability and a very high burst pressure.

The pressure transmitter SA-11 is designed especially for the requirements of the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

It is particularly suitable for the special conditions of CIP/SIP cleaning processes, such as chemical stability towards cleaning liquids and high temperatures.

The flush diaphragm is directly welded to the process connection. This guarantees a crevice-free connection of the process connection and the measuring cell so that additional sealings are not required. For dead-space free instrumentation, aseptic process connections (clamp, threaded, VARIVENT ® and NEUMO®) are available.

The SA-11 pressure transmitter is ideally suited to fulfil the stringent demands of sanitary applications and is EHEDG certified. Furthermore, the SA-11 is marked with the 3-A symbol and current version number, as it conforms, based on a third party verification, to the 3-A standard.

Design

A diaphragm made of 1.4435 stainless steel forms a flush separation of the process medium from the pressure measuring instrument.

The process pressure is transmitted hydrostatically from the diaphragm, via an FDA-approved system fill fluid, to a piezo-resistive sensor.

The measuring range covers 0 … 250 mbar up to 0 … 25 bar.

The SA-11 pressure transmitter is powered with a DC voltage of 10 (14) … 30 V. Available electronic output signals are 4 … 20 mA, 0 … 20 mA or 0 … 10 V output.

A stainless steel case with an ingress protection of up to IP 68 offers a secure protection for external cleaning with splashed water and enables its use in high-humidity environments. Through the integrated cooling section, process temperatures of up to 150 °C can be realised.

Expert for viscous and particle-laden media
The model S-11 pressure transmitter with flush diaphragm has been specifically designed for the measurement of viscous, paste-like, adhesive, crystallising, particle-laden and contaminated media, which would clog the pressure channel of conventional process connections.

Through its optimised design, the flush process connection enables cleanability with the wetted diaphragm integrated into the process. Low-maintenance and trouble-free pressure measurement is thus also guaranteed in critical applications with frequently changing media.

High accuracy, a robust design, high-quality workmanship and the high flexibility of configuration are key features of the model S-11.

Flush process connection
All process connections of the flush pressure transmitter are made of stainless steel and are fully welded and isolate the medium from the pressure measuring instrument via a positive seal. A reliable, dead-space free sealing between the process connection and the measuring medium is thus assured.

For high medium temperatures of up to 150 °C (302 °F), the pressure transmitter is also available with an integrated cooling element.

Specifically for the food and beverage industry, a version with internal system fill fluid in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 178.3750 can be chosen.

The WIKA O-10 pressure transmitter is designed to meet the pressure measurement requirements in many industrial and commercial applications. The O-10 features, specifications, and price make it suitable for OEM applications with an annual quantity of more than 1000 units per part number. The minimum release size is 50 pieces.

The O-10 is available in a large number of configurations to meet many application requirements. Options include many available process and electrical connections as well as all industry standard pressure ranges and output signals.

The O-10 is German-engineered and manufactured to meet global market requirements. International pressure units and process connections are available to meet global requirements. Approvals including UL and GOST are pending.

The O-10 can be private labeled with customer logo and model number if required.

 It features a very good accuracy, a robust design and an exceptional number of variants, meaning it can be suited to the widest range of applications.

Versatile
The model S-20 offers continuous measuring ranges between 0 … 0.4 and 0 … 1,600 bar in all the major units. These measuring ranges can be combined in almost any way with all the standard industry output signals, the most common international process connections and a wide number of electrical connections. Furthermore, it offers numerous options, such as different accuracy classes, extended temperature ranges and customer-specific pin assignments.

High quality
The robust design turns the model S-20 into a very high quality product, which even the most adverse environmental conditions cannot affect. Whether with the lowest temperatures when used outdoors, with extreme shock and vibration in machine building or with aggressive media in the chemical industry, this transmitter can meet all requirements.

Rugged construction
The S-10 features an all-welded stainless steel measuring cell for improved media compatibility. There are no internal soft sealing materials that may react with the media or deteriorate over time. The compact case is also made of stainless steel and is available with environmental protection ratings up to NEMA 6P / IP 68.

Each instrument undergoes extensive quality control testing and calibration to achieve an accuracy of < 0.25% full scale. The printed circuit boards use state-of-the-art surface mount technology and are potted in silicone gel for protection against mechanical shock, vibration and moisture. Each is individually temperature compensated to assure accuracy and long-term stability even when exposed to severe ambient temperature variations.

The model A-10 pressure transmitter for general industrial applications is not only notable for its compact design, but it also offers excellent quality at an extremely competitive price.

The user can choose between a non-linearity of 0.25 % and 0.5 %. A free test certificate provides information on the measuring points recorded during manufacture.
